A rider who builds meaningful connections with horses, Lauren strives to teach others how to bond with their mounts.
Before joining the R.J. family in 2019, Lauren had plenty of experience in the equestrian world. She began riding at five years old, encouraged by a mother who was a trainer in the industry. Her dedication to the sport over the years has allowed her to compete in Grand Prixs up to the 5* level. However, her favorite part of the sport isn’t winning ribbons — it’s building connections with horses and teaching others how to find that connection, too. Her current goal is to make a Senior Nations Cup Team for the USA. Outside of the barn, Lauren stays in shape for the saddle by doing pilates and various other workouts and keeping up with her dog, Flynn!
