Shipping
Orders are shipped via UPS and delivery for the contiguous United States is generally 1-5 business days, depending on distance from South Florida. Please note that we currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO and FPO addresses. Orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days. Upon shipment, you will receive an email notifying you of the shipped status, which includes your tracking number.
UPS express shipping methods are available options within the United States during checkout. Express orders received Monday-Friday by 1 p.m. EST, after payment is processed, will ship the same day. Orders received after this cut-off time will be shipped the following business day. Please take this into consideration as you select your preferred shipping method.
These shipping times are determined by the carrier and are subject to their delays or holiday schedule. R.J. Classics does not prepare shipments on major U.S. holidays. Durations of increased order volume, such as during holiday season, may increase order processing time.
Returns
*Returns extended to January 31, 2025, for all orders placed now through the end of the year.
Full price and sale items in original condition, with all tags attached, may be returned for a full refund within 30 days of the date they were delivered. Final sale items cannot be returned at any time. We reserve the right to deny a refund if the returned merchandise does not meet our requirements. Worn, altered or washed items may not be returned. Shipping and handling fees will not be refunded. At this time, R.J. Classics will only allow exchanges for an item of equal value (such as a different size). The exchanged item will be shipped to you, at no additional cost, once the returned item is received. For items of a different value, a new order will be required. In the event we have processed your order incorrectly, or you have received a damaged or defective item, we will gladly replace the merchandise or accept a full refund at our expense.
Refunds / Credits
Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Once the returned merchandise is received by our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5 business days. An email confirming your processed return will be sent.
