R.J. Classics provides one free return per order. Full-price and sale items in original condition, with all tags attached, may be returned for a full refund within 30 days of the date they were delivered. Final Sale items cannot be returned at any time. We reserve the right to deny a refund if the returned merchandise does not meet our requirements. Worn, altered, or washed items may not be returned. One prepaid return shipping label will be provided per order; any additional returns or returns after the 30-day window are at the customers’ expense. Shipping and handling fees will not be refunded. At this time, R.J. Classics will only allow exchanges for an item of equal value (such as a different size or color). The exchanged item will be shipped out at no additional charge to the customer once the returned item is received. For items of a different value, a new order will be required.
