Wholesale Processing & Payment

Order Processing

Purchase orders will be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days of submission, in the order they are received. If there is a delivery requirement, please be sure to indicate “Must Deliver by [date]” in the notes section. Expedited shipping methods are also available options during checkout. Please reference the Shipping Guidelines for further information.

Submission of your purchase order to rjclassics.com does not guarantee inventory reservation or requested ship dates. Purchase orders are deemed confirmed upon your emailed receipt of “Purchase Order Confirmed.” Purchase order confirmations will reflect the quantities available and allocated to you for the requested shipping date. Confirmed purchase orders will ship on their requested date if your account is in good standing. Customers are expected to take delivery of merchandise on the start date provided when the order was placed. Cancellations or changes made to a confirmed and existing purchase order may be subject to a minimum 10% cancellation fee.

Payment

The default terms or payment of your account with us will be the terms applied to the invoices of your submitted purchase orders. Accounts with past due balances may be subject to shipment holds on current orders, regardless of requested ship date.
