Purchase orders will be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days of submission, in the order they are received. Submission of your purchase order to rjclassics.com does not guarantee inventory reservation or requested ship dates. Purchase orders are deemed confirmed upon your emailed receipt of “Purchase Order Confirmed.” Purchase order confirmations will reflect the quantities available and allocated to you for the requested shipping date. Confirmed purchase orders will ship on their requested date if your account is in good standing. Customers are expected to take delivery of merchandise on the start date provided when the order was placed. Cancellations or changes made to a confirmed and existing purchase order may be subject to a minimum 10% cancellation fee.
