Orders are sent via Fedex standard ground or Fedex 2-day shipping unless otherwise specified during the checkout process. Orders received Monday-Friday for in-stock merchandise will ship in 1-2 business days, after credit card verification. When your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping status email that includes a tracking number. Currently, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. You can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery date. We reserve the right to deny a refund if returned merchandise does not meet our requirements. Full-price and sale items in original condition, with all tags attached, can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of the delivery date. Final-sale items cannot be returned at any time. Worn, altered or washed items cannot be returned. You are responsible for shipping the products back to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Shipping and handling fees will not be refunded. R.J. Classics does not allow exchanges at this time. A new order will be required. In the event that we process an order incorrectly or you receive a damaged or defective item, we will gladly replace it or accept it for a full refund at our expense.
